Real Estate Pre-licensing Course

The Real Estate Development Center is pleased to present the “Principles & Practices of Real Estate” course.  This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the Real Estate Commission.  The classes are very helpful in preparing you to take the Connecticut Real Estate Exam, which is required to obtain a Connecticut Real Estate License.

In addition to the Salesperson courses, sessions are also being made available for Brokers; Broker pre-requisite is 2 years as Salesperson.
